Who's Tamanair?

Tamanair born from a died flower, and they live in the in the pond, river or even in the lake. They have some flowers on their tail and beside their ears.
Their flower variety depend on which flower their born from.
They eat "a painful feeling" (like sadness, and even sick)
In the midnight, they will singing a magic song, and it will take "a painful feeling" from somebody.
So that person will forget their sadness or become health again. Their voice are so mild and pure.
It's sound so impossible, but believe it o not, it's true,,
